  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Swift Airport Transfers.

  • Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

  • Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.


❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 48 hours before trip: Full refund.

  • Between 48 and 24 hours: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

  • Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund (100% of the booking fee will be charged).

  • No-shows are treated as a same-day cancellation and are non-refundable.

  • All airport pickups are subject to additional parking fees, which vary by airport and are based on actual parking charges at the time of pickup.

  • Drivers will meet you at the agreed-upon location, and we monitor flight arrivals to accommodate delays where possible.


🧳 Luggage Policy

  • Passengers must ensure luggage is of a reasonable size and quantity for the selected vehicle.

  • Please notify us in advance if you have oversized or excess luggage.

  • Swift Airport Transfers is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage.


πŸ§’ Child Seats

  • Child seats are not provided. Passengers must supply their own legally compliant child or booster seats where required.

  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all children are safely and legally secured.


⏱ Waiting Time Charges

  • A grace period is included for all pickups. If the driver is required to wait beyond this, waiting time charges may apply (Grace period of 10 minutes then 50p per minute. Airport pickups not included).

  • For airport collections, we track flight arrivals and allow reasonable time for baggage collection and customs. Extended delays may incur additional charges for parking.

  • In rare cases where the booked vehicle becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.


🧾 Receipts & Invoicing

  • Receipts are available upon request after each journey.

  • Business accounts may request monthly invoicing for frequent travel.
